In fact, here are just a few of the services that we provide: Wrapping: we believe that "Personal purchases are gifts to ourselves!", so if you would like your items gift wrapped by hand and with aloha please let us know. Personal shopping: If you need something that is not on our site please call or email, we will do our best for every request. Because we have a retail shop, we carry a range of one-of-a-kind items that cannot all be listed online. This makes it an unusual challenge when trying to do online business. PLEASE call toll free 1-866-599-7256 if you want something you saw while in the store. Just because it is not online, does NOT mean it is not available. If you have any questions, be sure to check out our "Contact Us" page. Return Policy: We will gladly exchange any products that were damaged during delivery or if we sent you the wrong item. Otherwise, we do not accept returns or exchanges after 5 days from delivery. Sales Tax: Orders within Hawaii will be charged Hawaii's general excise tax at a rate of 4.166%. All other orders are not subject to sales tax. Privacy: We respect and protect your right to privacy. We do not sell or share any of the information you provide to us. All information collected on this site is used for the sole purpose of processing and fulfilling orders.
